I walked into ATTHD about 11 months ago with no wrestling/boxing/etc experience at all and was met with great coaching and, more importantly, no judgment. Members and coaches do a great job of making you feel welcome and provide training at a level appropriate for you. If you’re looking for a structured, motivating work-out environment open to all experience levels, this is the place to go!
