Our line of “Fit” classes are for adults of all levels wanting a fun, challenging and dynamic way to get fit. We incorporate the concepts of high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) which is proven to extremely effective at shredding fat and building lean muscle. No more boring workouts! Striking Fit:
Simply put, Striking Fit is an hour of hard work. Punches, kicks, knees, elbows. You and your partner push yourself and your instructor pushes everybody. A great way to start or end your day – throwing strikes, working hard and getting in the best shape of your life. Who knew working out could be so much fun? Class structure is simple: 5 minute warm up, 40 minutes of pads (20 each partner) 15 minutes conditioning/core. Suitable for all fitness levels. Come make some friends, punch some stress out and have fun. You don’t need shoes, but you will need boxing gloves. We have gloves you can borrow as well as gloves for sale. If you prefer to wrap your hands before putting your gloves on, you can buy wraps at our store before class. Just come in 10-15 minutes early and we will get you set up.

Combat Fit:
An hour of cardio and strength training designed to shred fat and take your all-around fitness to the next level. Depending on class size, 4-6 stations are set up, and you go through 1-4 rotations of each station. This is a circuit workout similar to what our fighters may do, only tailored more for the everyday person. Suitable for all fitness levels. Come ready to get stronger and faster! Please bring running shoes, as the instructors may take you outside when the weather permits!
